At RooGT, we aim to ship your cards quickly, securely, and affordably. Below youโll find everything you need to know about our shipping and handling process.

We currently ship to:
- Australia-wide
- Selected international locations (contact us before ordering)

- Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1โ3 business days
- Orders placed during breaks, restocks, or sales events may take slightly longer
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped
๐ฎ Shipping Options
At checkout, you’ll be able to select from:
- Standard Shipping (Tracked) โ 3โ8 business days
- Express Shipping (Tracked) โ 1โ3 business days
Shipping is handled via Australia Post or a trusted courier.
Rates are calculated based on weight, packaging, and destination.
๐ฆ Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items:
- Cards are shipped in sleeves, top loaders, team bags, or semi-rigids
- Bulk or slab orders are protected with cardboard, bubble wrap, and/or padded mailers
- Sealed products are double-checked and boxed to avoid damage
๐ Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders and want to combine shipping, contact us at support@roogt.com.au immediately with your order numbers.
Weโll do our best to combine and refund excess postage if the orders havenโt been shipped yet.

All orders are shipped with tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched.

โ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- We are not responsible for delays once parcels are handed to the carrier.
- If your item is delayed or lost, contact us and weโll help lodge a formal investigation.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
๐ International Shipping
International orders may be subject to:
- Import duties or customs fees
- Extended delivery timeframes

Pre-order items will ship once stock has arrived.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available, unless requested otherwise.
