Refund and Returns Policy


At RooGT, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and service to fellow collectors. Due to the collectible nature of the items we sell, we have a strict but fair returns policy in line with Australian Consumer Law.


All Sales Are Final

Most items sold on RooGT.com.au — including repacks, singles, sealed boxes, and live break spots — are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please choose carefully before placing your order.


Exceptions – When We’ll Offer a Refund or Store Credit

We will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement if:

If you believe your item qualifies for a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at support@roogt.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide:
    • Your Order Number
    • A photo of the item and packaging
    • A short explanation of the issue

We will review your case and respond within 1–2 business days.

🎥 Live Breaks and Random Pack Sales

All purchases made during live breaks, random pack walls, and stream sales are final.
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for cards pulled in a break — results are random and part of the entertainment experience.


🏛️ Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose.
