• We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Tracking details are emailed once your order is marked “Complete.”

Due to the collectible nature of our products:

  • The item is damaged or faulty upon arrival (photo proof required within 48 hours)

• Pre-order items are clearly marked and ship upon product release.
• Estimated delivery dates may change due to manufacturer delays.
• Orders that include pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all products are available unless otherwise requested.

9. Live Sales & Breaks (Whatnot, Twitch, etc.)

• All purchases made during breaks or live streams are final.
• Cards pulled in your spot are shipped to the address on your RooGT account.
• We do not guarantee specific hits or card values in breaks.

10. User Accounts

• By registering an account, you agree to keep your login credentials secure.
• RooGT is not responsible for unauthorised use of your account.
• You may manage your orders, shipping details, and returns via your account dashboard.

11. Limitation of Liability
