3. Orders
- Orders are placed using the WooCommerce checkout system.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
- RooGT reserves the right to cancel orders due to fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock.

5. Shipping & Handling

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of trading cards, all sales are final unless:
- The item is faulty or damaged (contact us within 48 hours)
- You received the wrong item
We may issue refunds or store credit at our discretion. You can manage return requests via your account dashboard.
7. Pre-orders & Backorders
- Pre-orders are clearly marked and ship once stock is received.
- Combined orders will ship once all items are available unless you request otherwise.
8. Live Breaks & External Platforms
- All sales made via Whatnot, Twitch, or other live streaming events are final.
- Cards pulled during breaks are sent to the customer tied to the order.
- RooGT makes no guarantees about card hits or values.
9. Tax & Compliance
- GST is included for Australian customers.
- Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
- We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
10. Account Management
- Customers can create an account to track orders and manage returns.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
